FREE SHIPPING Free Shipping on orders totaling $100 or more and going to single destination (not multiple destinations), standard shipping (regular ground) within the continental United States is FREE. (USA Only - Except Hawaii and Alaska). These orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. NOTE: Due to some certain items being shipped same day, once order is placed you can not combine future orders with primary order to total up $100 or more. |

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS At this time, E-FINDGIFTS.COM ships only within the continental United States (48 States) using UPS standard ground as primary shipping source. UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Boxes. We do not deliver to APO and FPO Addresses.
SHIPPING COST CALCULATIONS E-FINDGIFTS.COM uses flat shipping rates based on standard dollar amount of orders being shipped. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. There are NO hidden costs or surprises added into our shipping costs at the final checkout calculation (see shipping costs table above). E-FINDGIFTS.COM reserves the right to change these fees at any time due to freight charge increases or any other matters beyond our control.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when order is placed. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation when order has shipped with tracking number.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS There might be a time where We may fulfill the items in your order at different times and with different vendors, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. Note: We do not charge extra for split shipments.
SENDING AN ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly. AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS To obtain E-FINDGIFTS.COM authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply e-mail or call us within 30 days of purchase and we will promptly respond with a return authorization number. [ Non-defective merchandise ] returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited with the amount minus the restocking fee. Otherwise we will send you a check for the amount due to you. If an item that you order is the wrong size we will be happy to exchange it for you without a restocking fee.
CONDITIONS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: * Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by E-FINDGIFTS.COM. Broken quantity inner packs are NOT returnable. * Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping costs of return will be charged. If you attempt to return merchandise without a return authorization number this will also be automatically returned back to you with shipping costs charged.
